I understand that Maria Bliem and Traveloving.net (hereafter referred to as Traveloving.net) are not the source or supplier of the travel services I have requested, and acts solely as an agent for the actual suppliers of such services.  I have been advised that the suppliers whose names appear in the information supplied to me are those who are actually responsible for providing the travel services I have purchased.  I consent to and request the use of those suppliers and agree not to hold Maria Bliem or Traveloving.net responsible should any of these suppliers: 1) fail to provide the travel services I have purchased; 2) fail to comply with any applicable law; or 3) engage in any negligent act or omission that causes me any injury, damage, delay or inconvenience. 

I will review my travel documents for accuracy upon receipt and understand that I may contact Traveloving.net if I have any questions.  I understand that discounted fares typically involve restrictions and that changing any aspect of my travel arrangements may result in the payment of additional money. Conversely, cancellation of any aspect of my travel arrangements may result in financial penalties, in accordance with the supplier’s cancellation policies. I  understand that if I choose non-refundable fares that Maria Bliem and Traveloving.net can not be held responsible if I need to cancel and that these fares may not be covered by travel insurance.

I have been advised to use a form of payment other than cash or check that may offer me the opportunity to dispute the charge should a vendor cease operating.

Privacy Notice (TSA Update:  August 13, 2009):  The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires you to provide your full name, date of birth, and gender for the purpose of watch list screening under the authority of 49 U.S.C section 114, the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 and 49 C.F.F parts 1540 and 1560.  You may also provide your Redress Number, if available.  Failure to provide your full name, date of birth and gender may result in denial of transport or denial of authority to enter the boarding area.  TSA may share information you provide with law enforcement or intelligence agencies or others under its published system of records notice.  For more on TSA privacy policies, or to review the system of records notice and the privacy impact assessment, please see the TSA website at www.tsa.gov.

I understand that the Transportation Security Administration requires me to carry a government issued identification card in order to board a flight.  I have been advised that the name, date of birth and gender that appears on my identification card must exactly match the same such data that is listed on my airline ticket and in my booking records.  I acknowledge that my failure to strictly comply with these requirements may result in denied boarding or an undue delay at an airport security checkpoint causing me to miss my flight.

Traveloving.net is not responsible for the issuance of travel identification such as passports and/or visas and travelers should ensure they have or have been approved for the appropriate documents before purchasing travel.

I understand that if traveling internationally, I must have a valid passport and depending upon my destination and nationality, I may need to obtain one or more visas.

PRICE QUOTES: Prices are not guaranteed until reservations are confirmed with full passenger names and deposit payment.  Quotes on airfare are not confirmed until paid in full and can change without notice.  All prices are subject to change without notice and are subject to availability.

​Cruise lines and airlines reserve the right to impose fuel surcharges, even after final payment has been applied to a booking, up until the day of departure.  Unless otherwise noted price quotes typically do not include airfare, telephone calls, incidental items, souvenirs, airport transfers, sightseeing tours or shore excursions.

I understand that the airline tickets, air tours or other products I am purchasing are subject to supplemental price increases that may be imposed after the date of purchase.  Post-purchase price increases may be applied due to additional costs imposed by a supplier or government.  I acknowledge that I may be charged additional sums by Traveloving.net to offset increased fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, and fluctuations in foreign exchange markets or any combination thereof.  I hereby consent to any post-purchase price increases and authorize Traveloving.net to charge a payment for such additional amounts after I have been notified of pricing change.

PAYMENTS: Payment schedules are set forth by the individual suppliers and due on the dates specified. Failure to pay on time can result in automatic cancellation by the supplier, and can lead to the forfeiture of prior payments. All major credit cards are accepted unless otherwise noted by suppliers.

DENIAL OF BOARDING / COUNTRY ENTRANCE
It is the traveler's sole responsibility to confirm if they are ineligible to enter the country of their destination.  Examples of denial of entrance would include but are not limited to felony criminal records or misdemeanor DUI convictions.  Being denied boarding of an airplane or cruise ship, or denied entrance into a country, is not typically covered by travel insurance and all travel costs may be forfeited as nonrefundable.
 

AIRLINE CONFIRMATIONS, CHECK-IN, SEAT ASSIGNMENTS, MISSED FLIGHTS
Your airline ticket is a contract between you and the air carrier, even if you purchase your flights through Traveloving.net. If you purchase air travel through Traveloving.net you acknowledge and agree that Traveloving.net does not have the right to control the operations of independent airlines, and agree that Traveloving.net is not liable for any personal injury, property damage related to your purchase of air tickets or air travel, including, but not limited to any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, or delay caused by any act, error or omission of the airline, including their failure to deliver services, partial or inadequate delivery of services, airline policies including refund or rebooking policies, fees for checked or carry-on luggage, fuel increases, bankruptcy or cessation of operations.

You understand and agree that Traveloving.net functions solely and exclusively as a booking agent for the air carrier, that we do not handle or hold client funds for airline tickets, and that we are not the Merchant of Record under the meaning of that term under the Department of Transportation's regulations. Because Traveloving.net does not hold or handle client funds, you understand and agree that any refund for cancelled or delayed flights, baggage fees or seat assignments must come directly from the airline and not from Traveloving.net.

Traveloving.net shall not assume any responsibility for any air schedule changes. In rare instances, upon departure from a country, certain departure taxes must be paid in cash only, and may vary in price. Failure to use a reservation may result in automatic cancellation of all continuing and return flights, as well as forfeiture of airfares. 



Airline e-tickets expire a year from issue date unless carrier fare rules in passenger’s itinerary fare provide otherwise.

Due to enhanced security, it is strongly recommended that you check in a minimum of 2 hours prior to scheduled departure for domestic flights and 3 hours prior to scheduled departure time for international flights. Late arrival at the airport can result in loss of assigned seats or denial of boarding. Denial of boarding is not eligible for refund or travel insurance reimbursement.

Reconfirm flight times at least 24 hours prior to scheduled departure time for domestic flights, and 72 hours prior for international flights. Failure to confirm international flights or failure to use any portion of an airline reservation may result in automatic cancellation by the airline for all continuing and return flights. Familiarize yourself with your airline’s policies and requirements before booking.
Airfare re-bookings are subject to airline penalties, rebooking fees, plus any cost difference of the new flight.

Seat assignments are not guaranteed even after they are assigned, and Traveloving.net has no control over airline seat assignments. Seat assignments are subject to change by the airline without notice. Most airlines charge a fee to pre book a seat.

Frequent Flyer mileage accrual is at the discretion of the airline(s). Traveloving.net has no liability if accural of miles or points is denied or if upgrades are not allowed. Many airlines do not permit upgrades on airfare purchased in certain fare classes or when using frequent flyer miles, loyalty status or certificates.

Traveloving.net has no authority over any action taken by the airline.

In some locations, your aircraft may be subject to insecticide spraying prior to the flight or while you are on the aircraft, you are strongly encouraged to always check the list of countries that require airlines to treat the passenger cabin with insecticides http://alturl.com/3rtty as this list is updated regularly.

I understand travel insurance has been offered to me for purchase to cover certain risks inherent in travel such as supplier bankruptcy, trip interruption and/or the inability to travel due to a medical or personal emergency.  If I choose not to purchase travel insurance or if I purchase travel insurance on my own, I understand that Traveloving.net requires that I confirm or decline insurance in writing.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
For your protection, we recommend that you purchase trip cancellation and travel accident insurance as soon as your first deposit has been paid for your trip.   However, no representation or description of the insurance made by Traveloving.net constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance.   We also strongly recommend that you use a credit card for your purchase, so that you can exercise your rights under the Fair Credit Billing Act if you do not receive the services you purchased.

I understand travel insurance has been offered to me for purchase to cover certain risks inherent in travel such as supplier bankruptcy, trip interruption and/or the inability to travel due to a medical or personal emergency.  If I choose not to purchase travel insurance or if I purchase travel insurance on my own, I understand that Traveloving.net requires that I confirm or decline insurance in writing. 

This is to confirm that, in keeping with all applicable laws, I am instructing the above agent to purchase travel against the form of payment verbally instructed.

I further understand that I have authorized this transaction and will hold Maria Bliem and the Traveloving.net agency harmless with respect to these instructions.  It is understood that the above agency may request government issued photo identification and may verify the billing address of the card.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
All prices are thought to be accurate, available, and current. The information, products, and services may include inaccuracies or typographical errors.  Maria Bliem and Traveloving.net does not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaims liability for inaccuracies, including but not limited to the price, information, and description of the products and services described on this website.  Maria Bliem and Traveloving.net is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches or negligence of any supplier, or personal injuries, death, property damage or other damages or expenses resulting from causes outside of the control of Maria Bliem and Traveloving.net . Maria Bliem and Traveloving.net shall not be responsible for travel delays or cancellations or any illness, death, injury, damage, or loss of vacation time arising there from. Changes to cruise ports of call or itineraries due to mechanical, weather, or world events beyond our control are at the sole discretion of the cruise line and may occur without notice. Any applicable compensation resulting from such occurrences is also at the sole discretion of the supplier.

Maria Bliem and Traveloving.net shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by the traveler in connection with, or by supplier employees or contractors, terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures, or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside of the control of Maria Bliem and Traveloving.net. The Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, inoculations, or other entry requirements for each destination, as well as re-entry into the U.S., and all safety or security conditions at such destinations, in connection with the proposed travel. For information concerning possible dangers at international destinations, check the Travel Advisory Section of the U.S. Department of State website.

Maria Bliem and Traveloving.net shall also not be liable if a supplier refuses to provide service because of the traveler's decision to refuse to follow their regulations.
